Fitness has always been a passion of mine and Iβve really been wanting a challenge that aligns with what I actually love!!! Being so honest my fear of failure has kept me teetering in & out of wanting to put myself out there (especially when all the noise of social media can be so brutal at times π
) but I remembered that all the growth in my life currently has been possible because I have always had the courage to feel fear and do it anyway π€
