Progress update 🤍➡️💙➡️❤️
6 weeks into a lean bulk and already up 3kg. Currently sitting at 56kg, with the goal of reaching 62kg as lean and as clean as possible.
The blue photo was me at the end of a cut (53kg). The white photo was during a previous bulk (61kg) when I had far less knowledge about nutrition, training, and how to build muscle efficiently.
This time around, the goal isn’t just to gain weight, it’s to build quality muscle, stay healthy, and enjoy the process without feeling like I need to choose between being lean and getting stronger.
A reminder that progress isn’t always about being the smallest version of yourself. Sometimes it’s about eating more, lifting heavier, and trusting the process. And that progress takes time: there is no END goal, just goals along the way, constantly striving to be fitter and healthier
Excited to see where the next few months take me.
