Let’s talk about what I did to stop feeling “skinny soft” and reduce inflammation 👀 @aybl dc: VICTORIA
A lot of girls think they need to eat less and do more cardio… but that’s usually what keeps you looking soft, puffy and feeling exhausted.
What actually changed my body:
• Prioritising protein at every meal to build lean muscle
• Strength training instead of endless cardio
• Eating enough food consistently (not restricting all week then bingeing)
• Eating carbs!!! And healthy fats!!!!
• Managing stress + sleep (8+ hours) because high cortisol can increase inflammation and water retention
• Focusing on whole foods and reducing ultra processed foods that made me feel sluggish and bloated
• Supporting digestion and hydration properly
Once I stopped trying to get “smaller” and focused on becoming healthier and stronger, my body composition completely changed 🤍
