Progress update! Different mindset, discipline, and standards.
No extremes. No shortcuts.
Just training with intention, fuelling my body properly, and staying consistent even when motivation wasn’t there.
The goal was never to be smaller. It was to become stronger, healthier, and more confident. I only lost 3kg, but managed to maintain a lot of muscle. Fixing my diet and allowing for recovery has made this difference. People think the gym is the hard part… but training is only 20%.
The other 80% is:
showing up on the days you can’t be bothered,
eating properly even when it’s inconvenient,
recovering well, sleeping enough, managing stress, and staying consistent for months. Not just when motivation is high.
